Folarinde (Folarin) Falana, stage name Falz, was born on the 27th of October in 1990 and is a Nigerian rapper, songwriter and actor. He began rapping in secondary school after forming a group called The School Boys with a friend before professionally launching his music career as an artiste in 2009 with the release of Shakara: The Mixtape and years later dropping his debut album Wazup Guy in 2014, to critical acclaim. He is currently owner and pioneer of an independent record label, Bahd Guys Entertainment. Note worthy also, Folarin is a lawyer, called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. Read more on wiki.
